If you are a deferred member or a pensioner of the BAL, TAPS or TUI UK pension schemes you can access contact details, forms and information about the schemes through this website.

If you are not sure which scheme you belong to but believe that you have benefits in one of the above schemes, please contact the administration team on 0371 384 2744. Opening hours are 08:30 – 17:30 Monday to Friday.
